Operations Manager
The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring efficient service delivery across all ResQ-X products. You will coordinate between field teams, customer service, and technology to maintain smooth operations and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field.
- 4+ years experience in operations management, preferably in logistics, mobility, or fintech.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across all service lines (Rescue, Refuel, Fleet).
- Coordinate field teams and ensure timely service delivery.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions.
- Work with tech team to improve operational workflows.
- Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements.
- Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage vendor and partner relationships.
