Growth Marketer

The Growth Marketer is responsible for driving measurable growth in users, litres and revenue across all ResQ-X products, with a primary focus on Refuel by ResQ-X (fuel delivery) and Fleet by ResQ-X (fleet dashboard), while supporting Rescue (towing & roadside). This role is data-driven and experiment-heavy. You will own the growth funnel end-to-end – awareness → acquisition → activation → retention → referral.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering or related field (or strong equivalent experience).
  • 2–5 years in a growth, performance marketing, or data-driven marketing role in a startup, consumer app, logistics, mobility, fintech or e-commerce environment.
  • Proven experience running and optimising paid campaigns, tracking funnels and improving conversion.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable in spreadsheets and dashboards.
  • Solid understanding of funnels, cohorts, CAC/LTV and growth accounting.
  • Experience with ads managers, analytics tools and attribution.
  • Good copy instincts – can work closely with content to create compelling messaging.
  • Organised, methodical, comfortable running multiple experiments at once.
  • Bias for testing over guessing, and for shipping over over-planning.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the growth strategy for B2C and B2B segments.
  • Map and continuously refine the growth funnel from impressions to repeat orders.
  • Set concrete growth targets and create a roadmap of experiments.
  • Plan, launch and optimise performance campaigns across Meta, Google and LinkedIn.
  • Design campaigns for app installs, first orders, B2B lead generation and reactivation.
  • Monitor and improve CAC, CPL, CTR, CPM, CPC, ROAS and cost per litre sold.
  • Work with Product and Web to build and optimise landing pages.
  • Run A/B tests on headlines, copy, CTAs, forms, layouts and creatives.
  • Analyse user flows to reduce drop-off across web and app.
  • Design lifecycle journeys for onboarding, retention and win-back.
  • Segment users by behaviour and build segment-specific campaigns.
  • Maintain a growth experiment backlog and run experiments regularly.
  • Work with Product/Tech to ensure tracking and attribution are in place.
  • Build and maintain growth dashboards and produce weekly and monthly reports.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Product, Sales and Ops teams.
