Graphics Designer

What Will You Be Doing?
- Design and ship engaging graphics for digital platforms including websites, social media, emails, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop layouts, mockups, and production-ready assets for product pages and app screens.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to deliver visually consistent, user-centered designs.
- Contribute to the brand system: icons, illustrations, patterns, and templates.
- Establish file/asset organization standards to ensure easy reuse and scalability.
- Ensure quality control across output, optimizing for accuracy, accessibility, and performance.
Educational Requirements
- Degree in Graphics Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field (or strong portfolio equivalent).
- 2+ years hands-on experience designing for digital products/marketing environments.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
- Great grasp of layout, color theory, grid systems, and typography.
- Experience preparing assets for web and mobile (export specs, responsive variants).
- Motion/Video editing (After Effects, Premiere) is a plus.
Salary
- Salary: 180,000 to 350,000 Naira (Depends on Skill and Experience)
- Salary Review: Yearly
