Digital Marketer
The Digital Marketer is responsible for executing and amplifying ResQ-X’s presence online across all relevant digital channels. While the Growth Marketer owns the numbers and experiments, the Digital Marketer owns the content, channels and execution: social media, creatives, email/WhatsApp campaigns, website updates, basic performance campaign setup and optimisation, and general brand presence.
Requirements
- OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (or strong portfolio/experience).
- 1–4 years experience in digital marketing, social media management or content and ads execution.
- Demonstrable experience managing brand pages and campaigns with real results.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow ResQ-X’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Create and maintain a content calendar aligned with product pushes and seasonal moments.
- Plan and publish static posts, carousels, short videos, reels and stories.
- Engage daily with comments, DMs, mentions and hashtags.
- Develop ad creatives, banners, thumbnails and social media assets.
- Write clear and persuasive copy for ads, captions, emails, WhatsApp and landing pages.
- Support setup and management of Meta, Google and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Monitor impressions, reach, clicks, CTR and CPC.
- Coordinate website and landing page content updates.
- Build and send email, SMS and WhatsApp broadcast campaigns.
- Maintain an organised content and brand asset library.
- Track content and channel performance and provide weekly reports.
- Align digital metrics with Growth Marketer’s funnel targets.
