Business Developer

The Business Developer will drive growth by identifying and acquiring new B2B clients for Fleet by ResQ-X and other enterprise solutions. You will build relationships with fleet owners, corporate entities, and strategic partners to expand our business customer base.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • 2–5 years in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Experience in logistics, fleet management, or mobility sectors is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new B2B prospects in the fleet and corporate segment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with marketing on lead generation campaigns.
  • Report on pipeline, forecasts, and sales activities.
