Who Are We Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, preferably in a fast-paced digital environment
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions
• Ability to prototype and iterate quickly based on feedback and data insights
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• A portfolio showcasing your best UX/UI work, including case studies

What Will You Be Doing?

• Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process for the ResQx mobile app and website
• Conduct user research to understand the needs, pain points, and behaviors of our customers
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with ResQx’s brand identity and usability goals
• Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure seamless implementation of designs
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints
• Analyze user feedback and data to continuously iterate and improve the product experience
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product design
